Propose an Event or Table for NOPF 19

We are now closed to all proposals except tables, of which we have a small number of slots left.

Note that this process has changed from previous years; now you must be logged in to the website as a registered user to access the proposal forms. If you are not logged in, you will get an "Access Denied" message. All participants should also be registered users, because this is how we will access their bios. If you have registered for previous festivals, your account is still active and you can simply log in. If you have not already registered, click here to create your account (note that accounts require manual activation on our part, so please allow a day or so for it to be made active, though the average time for approval is about two hours.)

Please Note: You CAN submit a proposal listing participants who are not registered on the website, however if you do that those participant's bios will not be considered when we review the proposals. This puts your proposal at a considerable disadvantage.

Before you proceed, here, you should have a concise and copy-edited description of your event and a list of participants' names, emails and user id's on this site. Remember that the event or table title and description will appear in our program and on the website exactly as you enter it here.

Event proposals will be read during the month of December with decisions announced before January 1.

Propose an Event (NOW CLOSED)

Use this link to propose a group reading, roundtable discussion or workshop. Group events require a minimum of four participants, including moderator. Workshops do not have a minimum number. Readings should not be simply a group of poets but should have a theme or focus based on content or association (such as readers from a single small press.) Roundtable discussions may be on most any topic of relevance to contemporary poetry or poetics.

Propose a Table (Open until all slots are filled)

Use this link to propose a table in the Small Press Fair. Table proposals are generally approved in the order in which they are received, though note that we do not accept single author tables.

Individual Reader Proposals (NOW CLOSED)

Use this link to propose a reading by an individual. Readers accepted here will be given reading slots in our Small Press Readings. Note that we have only a few reading slots here and demand is very high.
