Brett Evans is a poet from the New Orleans area who has also been "over the mountain" (the mountain being sometimes real, sometimes metaphorical). His first collection of poetry, After School Session was published by Buck Downs Press, and his most recent collection Keats is Not the Problem (with Christopher Shipman) by Lavender Ink. He is a founding member of the 'tit-Rex Parade and the band Skin Verb. According to The Poetry Buffet Anthology, "he loves ferries, pho, and fun times at The Fly."
