Pedro Granados

Pedro Granados (Lima, Peru, 1955).  Granados holds the M.A. from Brown University and the Ph.D. from Boston University.  Pedro Granados’ work on this sense of extraterritoriality spans over forty years, in poetic collections including Sin motivo aparente (1978), Juego de manos (1982), Poemas en hucha (2012), Soledad impura (2014), Activado (2015), and Roxosol (2018), the novella Prepucio carmesí (New Jersey: ENE, 2000), as well as considerable critical work on Latin American poetry, with special emphasis on César Vallejo on whom he has written three books.  Amerindians is the first English translation of the work of Granados.
